Capel Premium Pisco Sour 14º
| Every visitor to Chile or Peru has been offered (and most accept) a Pisco Sour. Its fantastic drinkability combined with generous alcoholic proportions, have made many a meal merrier and more enjoyable (that isn't a slant about the cooking).
Most people like it so much that they hanker for a tipple of the delicious sweet and sour concoction on their return to their native land.
Unfortunately making a perfect Pisco Sour from scratch requires a great deal of experience, elbow power to juice a tree or two of just the right acidity lemons, and a partner who is happy finding sticky bits in their kitchen where they didn't know lemon squeezing could reach ("I'm sure that cupboard was closed") - that's if you clean up straight away.
